More bugs, and some thoughts regarding polish. Starting with bugs.
Menus: If you try to map a button before binding a key to another button, your first choice will stay grayed out, forcing you to exit and re-enter the menu to bind it.
Party Mode: During the end of turn screen, if multiple players are tied with no coins or stars, some of those players will be shown as 1st instead of their actual ranking.
Party Mode: When choosing who to steal from, the AI is capable of choosing a hidden option above the names that softlocks the game (Unable to reproduce. It occurred once on Wario's Battle Canyon, when a CPU player got to the ghost very early on. Maybe the AI doesn't know who to pick when everyone else is tied with less than 10 coins?).
Cavity Calamity: When playing the endless variant, if the human player is eliminated before any CPU player, all CPU players stop moving until the game ends.
Quicker Chipper: Swinging on the frame when the bar loops back to the bottom will make the ball travel the maximum distance.
Speedy Teatime: The icon showing what keys to press for direction appears over the dish cover (Note that the D-Pad icon it's supposed to hide appears under the cover).
Balloon Blast Bash: The pumps of AI players are never pressed down, even when the balloon is being pumped.
Slap Down: In the explanation screen, the text for controls overflows if keyboard controls are being shown.
Triple Jump: The icons for the face buttons are visible when playing on a keyboard.
Load, Shoot, Shield: Before the game starts, hyphens are shown in place of the countdown and action text.
Time Bomb: The AI always jumps to hit the block before the game starts.
One thing I never mentioned is that I play the game exclusively on Microsoft Edge, and I recently learned that some bugs are exclusive to certain browsers. On Firefox, keyboard remapping doesn't work at all and F2 makes the music cut out (although it slowly returns over time), and on Chrome, none of the keys are mapped to anything by default and F2 does nothing. Opera and Edge don't have these issues, but they tend to have a harder time booting up the game.
Now onto polish. The minigames Frame Perfect, Picture Match, and Stampede all have a score counter whose corners overlap the timer. While Stampede's can simply be moved to the right, and Picture Match can hide the counter until the game ends, I'm not sure what to do for Frame Perfect.
The demo videos for minigames are also in a rough state. While Token Drop, Head Waiter, and Hot Rope Jump are obvious candidates for an update, I looked through each minigame and found that all but ten [Bumper Sparks, Kabob and Weave, Speedy Teatime, Spiked Ball Scurry, Ridiculous Relay, Bomb Rally, Slap Down, Toad in the Box, Amp My Style, and T Minus Five] show outdated versions of their respective minigames, with differences ranging from slight graphical changes to old UI elements. This problem also extends to the board previews: Wiggler's Garden and Bowser's Pinball Machine are shown with their pre-0.9 layouts, Mario's Rainbow Castle and Koopa's Tycoon Town use an older design for unlucky spaces, and Yoshi's Tropical Island shows a face where a black star icon would be.
Lastly, I'm not sure why What Goes Up... and Kabob and Weave have jump commands. In the former, it goes against your objective, while in the latter, it does nothing because the ceiling is too low.
AI Steal: Do you remember which spot the AI was in the turn order? I think I know why that happened, but I just want to be sure.
Cavity Calamity: CPUs do this in a couple of minigames so they don’t stall matches for too long.
Browser: Browser is known to be finnicky and a lot issues can depend on a user’s setup.
The rest have been noted, thanks for reporting!
As for the outdated demos, I want to be absolutely certain I’m not updating said minigames before redoing them. So long as the objective in the demo isn’t misleading they’re fine for now. Same goes for the boards, but with space designs/layouts instead.
Those minigames have jumping listed for consistency, because I didn’t feel like removing jumping.
The main reason I listed Cavity Calamity as a bug is because this behavior doesn't happen in the other two endless minigames Iron Cannons and Shock Absorbers (though if length is an issue, then it should be implemented in the former).
Oh, and two other things I forgot to report.
Fruit Forecast: The game always starts with a banana being dropped in the middle of the screen.
Bomb Rally: The object that makes the bomb's trail is still visible after the game ends.
That is the intro for Fruit Forecast in Super Mario Party, and if not, so what? It's can be just a intro for the minigame, like other Mario Party. (edit: The bomb rally thing might just make it easyer to code and might not care to remove it and I did saw the cpus stop in Iron Cannon though, might just be me or you, I don't really know. Might be bcs I play hard cpus.)
When ghosty reaches you in clockwork castle map while you’re having the double star card item, you get 2 stars but the double star card item doesn’t get removed.
I found a bug In Ridiculous Relay minigame. If you’re on the 2nd part and you tried to press the button to practice doing the 2nd part while the player is still going through the first part, the control will get replaced with the 2nd part one. Causing them to stuck there.
Some cpus in board game might end up using some items agaist someone, those who have prompts before rolling (e.g attacked by shroom or the duel one) will break the game and make it soo that you cant escape that tab, it can be done by reloading, then changing the CPU who gonna use ti to yourself and avoid that input for the turn, it might be considered cheating but HEY atleast its better than a softlock
I've encountered a few minor bugs within last week. Nothing to warrant a hotfix, but it shows how quickly Tournament Mode is beginning to age.
Menus: Placeholder text reading "Text" can be seen on the bottom of the Keyboard Mapping screen.
Commands: Using F2 to reload a Board Game for the first time will show incorrect portraits (the characters are put in port order instead of turn order).
Party Mode: If a game was already in progress when starting a new game, pressing F2 or the Reload Turn option on the first turn will put you back into the previous game.
Tournament: Pausing and unpausing during the selection screen will make F2 reload the moment the game was paused. While the minigame selection continues as normal, the players can move freely, the demo video will show at all times, and a softlock can be triggered if F2 is pressed on the following round's screen.
Tournament: Exiting the mode after completing it then using F2 to return will make all platforms rise to double their intended heights (doing this again will triple their intended heights, and so on). If this causes another player to reach the point threshold, the ending sequence breaks.
Waluigi's Island: Players who were affected by the bomb (except for the turn holder) will stay blackened until a minigame starts.
Cloud Climb: There's a rare chance to get stunned if you jump the wrong way without losing height.
Frame Perfect: The explosion graphic appears behind the losing players.
Tick-Tock Turn: The AI will always turn counterclockwise on the first round regardless of prompt or difficulty.
Ridiculous Relay: Inputting early as the second player will mess up the controls of the first player.

Live-action: "Neatness Counts"
Guest star: Nicole Eggert
Mario and Luigi are criticizing each other's tidiness when they find TV's Nicole Eggert (Charles in Charge) in their medicine cabinet, checking the expiration date on their toothpaste. Luigi makes a point of telling her how neat and clean they are. It turns out that TV's Nicole Eggert is on her way to a party, and she's looking for plumbers to fix her kitchen sink. The Marios attempt to demonstrate their sink-fixing abilities on a practice sink that they happen to have in the middle of the room, and they end up spraying TV's Nicole Eggert in the face with sink water. "Uh oh!" they exclaim.
Cartoon: "The Bird! The Bird!"
Written by Reed & Bruce Shelly
Mario, Luigi, Toad, and the Princess are wandering around Ice Land looking for magic to free the Princess's kingdom and send the brothers back to Brooklyn. Suddenly, Toad is grabbed by a female Birdo who takes him to her nest in the top of a mountain. Mario volunteers himself and Luigi to climb the mountain and rescue Toad. Meanwhile, the Birdo has decided that Toad is her offspring, "Cheepy," and proceeds to cover him with saliva. Toad decides that he's gotta get out of there.
The Marios and the Princess are trying to climb the mountain, but a sudden earthquake creates a big chasm directly in front of them. The Princess and Luigi immediately give up and decide to leave Toad for dead, but Mario invokes the plumber's motto to inspire them to jump across. A couple of Flurries watching from the distance alert King Koopa of the plumbers' and Princess's presence, and Bowser orders the Flurries to lick his feet and a flock of Albatosses to carry out an air raid.
Meanwhile, the Birdo is singing Toad lullabies and forcing him to drink from a bottle of some unknown liquid. A cuckoo clock with a goofy human face chimes, reminding the Birdo that it's time for Toad's flying lessons.
The plumbers and Princess continue their climb. When Luigi asks how the situation could be worse, an Albatoss drops a Bob-omb in front of them. Mario slaps it out of the way, where it hits another Albatoss. They slap some more Bob-ombs out of the way, but then the Albatosses cause an avalanche. Our heroes run away, hiding from the snow behind a green door and getting trapped in a room of some sort by the snow.
Meanwhile, the Birdo is carrying Toad around. When Toad tries to bribe her, her voice suddenly changes to a much higher pitch as she declares that she'll drop him when she reaches 30,000 feet, thus teaching him to fly.
In the room of some sort, the Princess spots a Fire Flower. For some reason, she has to explain its value to Mario. Mario gets pasta power by playing patty-cake with Luigi, then jumps up to the ledge and gets the flower. Now Fire Mario, he melts the snow with fireballs.
Elsewhere, King Koopa is awarding medals to the Albatosses, but he changes his tune when Flurries tell him that our heroes survived. He vows to lead the next attack himself.
The Marios and the Princess have apparently given up on the search for Toad and are sitting around being sad and hungry when they hear the cries of a baby Birdo trapped in an ice cube. Mario melts the ice with his fireballs. It turns out that the baby Birdo is Cheepy, the son of the Birdo who captured Toad.
That Birdo has reached 30,000 feet and drops Toad. He realizes that he can use the top of his mushroom head as a parachute and does so, landing on the site where the Marios and the Princess are chilling out by the campfire. He promises to take Cheepy to his mother, but suddenly Koopa shows up with an army of Koopa Troopas and Flurries, which Mario defeats using fireballs. But an exploding Bob-omb robs Mario of his super status, and our heroes find themselves surrounded by Koopa's army. Just when it seems that they're doomed, vegetables start falling from the sky, courtesy of Toad and the Birdo. Koopa freaks out and orders his troops to retreat. The Birdo follows them, bringing along Mario and Toad, who drop vegetables on the retreating troops.
Koopa escapes, and the Birdo invites our heroes to dinner, where she serves them worms who are highly insulted by Mario's refusal to eat them.
Notes
Princess Toadstool mentions that Toad has saved her life a hundred times.
Plumber's Log: "Number 101: The Land of Ice. Me and my brother Luigi had just rescued Princess Toadstool from King Koopa and were looking for the magic that would set her kingdom free and get us home to Brooklyn." Plumber's motto:
Mario: Luigi and me'll climb that mountain before you can say spaghetti and meatballs.
Mario: Pasta power!
Luigi: It's a Bob-omb!
Mario: And I was hoping for a nice salami sandwich.
Mario: Patty-cake, patty-cake, baker's man. Give me pasta power as fast as you can. Pasta power!
Mario: I'd pay two hundred bucks for a nice pepperoni cheesecake right now.
Mario: My favorite dish! Spaghetti!
Quotes:
Mario: I'd pay two hundred bucks for a nice pepperoni cheesecake right now.
Cheepy: Cheep, cheep!
Mario: Who called me cheap? I'll pay three hundred bucks!
Luigi (surrounded by Flurries and Koopa Troopas): They've got us surrendered!
Koopa (in the manner of a schoolteacher): Who threw that vegetable?
Live-action conclusion:
The Marios are apologizing to TV's Nicole Eggert for soaking her. She nearly sits on a cake, but Luigi stops her and leads her over to a furnace, which covers her with soot. Then she steps on the cake, sits on a pie, and gets garbage dumped on her. The Marios are apologetic, but it turns out that it's okay because the party she's going to is a "sloppy party" -- the person who dresses the sloppiest wins! Mario and Luigi buy right into this and proceed to rub cake all over her nubile young body.
BUG REPORT: After being hit with a Reverse Mushroom by a CPU, the screen of "You have been reversed! A dice-related item can undo these effects." would appear infinitely, no matter how many times i hit accept. Also, Vernias's video brought me here, so he's given you a lot of publicity. EDIT: It might just be my chromebook, but after about five party mode turns, the audio begins to get worse and worse, until there is none. I wear headphones, too, but it isnt them, as i watch youtube and they're perfectly fine. might be an audio bug, but idk
I am playing in the browser, so its just me, and I just turn on the Status Effect thing because that is a default in a normal mario party. I hope this becomes as good as it looks to become! I have a map suggestion: a castle map shaped like either bowser or your custom villain's face, with many unlucky spaces, minus spaces, and koopa kids running the shops "Face Volcano"
How do I connect with Parsec or local multiplayer in general? I have found out how to use Parsec but I can't figure out how local multiplayer works here specifically.
Edit: I figured out you need controllers for local multiplayer which makes sense.
I've been enjoying the game, but I have noticed a few bugs and oddities.
Menus: The titles for the Game Settings menu (under Party Mode) and Gamemode menu (in Mini-games) are not translated.
Menus: The default setting for Hex Replacing is "0". This setting vanishes if the setting is ever changed.
Eternal Star: Chomp Call does nothing if more than one star space is active.
Eternal Star: Rolling a zero (via the -5 Card) while on the starting teleporter will cause the game to softlock.
Eternal Star: While the Free Stars event is active, the textbox saying what number the player needs to beat will not have a background.
Final 5 Turns: If a duel is aborted due to one of the players not having any coins, a textbox will appear claiming that the duel won't happen due to a setting being disabled.
Unknown: A dummy item named "?" can appear from an Item Bag. (I only ever saw this once from a 4th place Hard AI on Horror Land who already had one item, and I haven't been able to reproduce it.)
Crypto Chimera: If this game had been played previously, the starting combination will be the last combination from the previous round.
Mushroom Mix-Up: When the platforms sink for the third time, you can high jump right before touching the lava to land back on the platform as it rises.
Puzzle Party: If two players are tied for the highest score when the game ends by a top out, both players are declared the winners.
Shutter Speed: Dust particles created by players appear over the picture.
Mochi Pound: The same stun glitch reported in Block Drop and Dig It! is present here.
(P.S. A setting to make the Item Roulette untimeable would be nice.)
(P.P.S. What happened with Vend-A-Fruit and The Fishing Minigame? Not even the patch notes say when or why they were removed.)
Man, you’re really good at spotting bugs. Still, devs are still working on it. It’ll probably take them a couple of months before they can release V0.9 with all reported bugs fixed.
Menus: They’re untranslated cause I thought it’d be funny.
Final 5: If you mean the ‘event is off’ text, that just means it’s being called off because the player couldn’t duel for one reason or another. I’ll make that more clear!
Unknown: That’s a mystery item that appears when you buy an Item Bag while your inventory is full. You can choose to throw it away, or throw away an item you have to see what it is.
The rest will be fixed in the next update. Didn’t know about a few of them so thanks for reporting!
ALSO, I have been considering having some settings for the item roulette so maybe!
ALSO ALSO, those were removed because Vend-A-Fruit was kinda jank and hard to understand, and Fishing Minigame was really unbalanced and boring.
i found a cpu related bug. When the cpu uses the double dip item, it has no issues using the first item, but then it freezes and doesnt use the second item, so you get softlocked forever. It only seems to happen after using a cellular shopper after activating double dip.
This is probably an already discovered bug, but sometimes when a CPU player needs to make a choice, they may somehow back out and just freeze. For example, on Goomba's Greedy Gala, when you go on the roulette thing that's sends you to a part of the board, it'll attempt to back out (which isn't a option), and it'll do nothing. It'll just sit, waiting for nothing. So the only option is to reset the turn unfortunately.
when they try to "back out," it sends the text box right back at them, and they'll just hang on the 5 coins option. I'd send a picture but it's kinda hard to recreate.
I discovered a bug on block drop in mini game mode, if you get squished and back out to restart the game. Anyone who was squished will remain that way every time you play block drop until you change characters.
When I connect my own controller and press a button, it adds 2 more players for some reason. Steam is fully shut down, so I'm not sure what else it could be.
That's too bad, thanks for trying. I'll just play it on my steam deck instead. It works great with the game set to proton experimental.
Also, a start in fullscreen option would be awesome. For controller users who got a second screen as their tv who don't want to run back to their keyboard to press f11, that's a game changer, as niche of an audience that sounds like. Lol.
in dig it we was all praticing 2 player both make a mistake and was in the stun statue when we press start when we start the mini those 2 player was stuck in stun for the rest of the mini game
( is there will be a custom control for controller or if not possible ? )

When ghosty reaches you in clockwork castle map while you’re having the double star card item, you get 2 stars but the double star card item doesn’t get removed.
I think player should no longer allowed to still roll 2 dices after Thunder Cloud strikes.
This is unintentional, will be fixed.
You are so awesome for adding a minigame from Lights Camera Pants
Remembered how good that mini was when I revisited it so I had to
I found a bug In Ridiculous Relay minigame. If you’re on the 2nd part and you tried to press the button to practice doing the 2nd part while the player is still going through the first part, the control will get replaced with the 2nd part one. Causing them to stuck there.
Hello can i suggest 2 things for this game
1. Can you add a delay input toggle for certain players so if i use parsec and can put delay on myself to make it more fair overall
2. You should make a discord for this game. This game is really fun and id be cool talk to people that have also discovered this game.
This game is amazing, me and my friends have been enjoying this immensely keep up the good work.
Glad you’re enjoying the game! :)
I may give it a shot. I’ve been thinking of having an option like that, but I never fully considered it.
I had thought of making one but wouldn’t have been able to manage it.
But can’t your friends or colleagues who work on the game help you cope with the discord server?
I know that gamepads are highly recommended, but can you make it so we have 2 players using 1 gamepad and the keyboard?
is online play coming soon...?
No
awh alright then
I don’t know if this is intentional or not but using double dice or triple dice to override the poison shroom effect still makes you roll 1-3.
Not intentional, will be fixed.
funny i found a minor bug

Me and my brother Luigi had just rescued Princess Toadstool from King Koopa and were looking for the magic that would set her kingdom free and get us home to Brooklyn."
Plumber's motto:
Baddies: Birdo, Flurry, Albatoss, Bob-omb, Koopa Troopa
Powerups: Fire Flower

The Reverse Shroom bug happens when ‘Status Effect Overriding’ is enabled. Really bad oversight on my part, thanks for reporting!
The audio issues COULD be a chromebook thing especially if you’re playing in browser. The browser version is known to perform worse.
Found out about this via Vernias's video. I'd SO love to see/modify the source. Otherwise, great game!
you should make a screen for controller button changing
How do I connect with Parsec or local multiplayer in general? I have found out how to use Parsec but I can't figure out how local multiplayer works here specifically.
Edit: I figured out you need controllers for local multiplayer which makes sense.
when the game is downloaded the ps5 controller buttons are not the good one like a is b, b is y
here are some few things you might want to update later:
- The shop should no longer usable during the last turn because well… it’s last turn, you don’t get to use the item anyway once you roll.
- In a duel minigame “Bunny belt”, even if both players have the same score, the game still count as one player wins.
You can sell your item, but for AI to not buy items is the better answer.
oh yeah I totally forgot about that
how can play to 2 players??
Will be fixed in the next update, thanks for reporting!
if you somehow make this mobile friendly i will
This is probably an already discovered bug, but sometimes when a CPU player needs to make a choice, they may somehow back out and just freeze. For example, on Goomba's Greedy Gala, when you go on the roulette thing that's sends you to a part of the board, it'll attempt to back out (which isn't a option), and it'll do nothing. It'll just sit, waiting for nothing. So the only option is to reset the turn unfortunately.
Thanks for reporting! This one I’ve never seen, however you CAN pay nothing at that event. What text does it hang on when they try to ‘back out’?
I’m revising a lot of the CPU stuff and found something related to this tho, so hopefully this should be fixed by the next update.
when they try to "back out," it sends the text box right back at them, and they'll just hang on the 5 coins option. I'd send a picture but it's kinda hard to recreate.
I wonder if 1 vs 3 minigame will be a thing here
I don't think there will. In the Q&A, the answer for "Will there be v3 minigames?" is "NO."
Is their any plans for multiplayer online? If you can already play online, how do you do it?
The only way right now to play "online" is using Parsec otherwise its fully local
Man, sounds like there’s a lot of work to be done for the next update. I wish you luck on that man.
I'm having a problem on finding the files to Strix. Does someone know the files name?
witch-sheet0 and witch-sheet1 should be ones you're looking for
I already found them. They were witc
I discovered a bug on block drop in mini game mode, if you get squished and back out to restart the game. Anyone who was squished will remain that way every time you play block drop until you change characters.
Will be fixed in the next update, thanks for reporting!
Is there a discord server for this game?
There is not, I wouldn’t be able to manage it.
can i play this on pc?
When I connect my own controller and press a button, it adds 2 more players for some reason. Steam is fully shut down, so I'm not sure what else it could be.
What controller are you using?
I'm using a PS5 Controller.
Don’t have a PS5 controller so I can’t help there. I imagine there’s a setting to fix it in DS4Windows.
I do have a PS4 Controller too, but it does the same thing. With DS4Windows, it makes three extra players, but I can control P1 and P3.
EDIT: I had to uninstall 2 vJoy Device Drivers
Hi, is there any plans for steam overlay compatibility with big picture mode and launch options like to start the game in fullscreen?
I can add a start in fullscreen button. I don’t think the engine is compatible with the overlay tho. Tried a couple of solutions and none worked.
( is there will be a custom control for controller or if not possible ? )
Dig It issue will be fixed in the next update, thanks for reporting!
I don't have friends :(
When I make chance time classic via the settings it's never classic in game it's always modern even though I didn't make it modern.
Will be fixed in the next update, thanks for reporting!
Is there a way I can configure my controls? The controls don't seem to be correct for me and I don't know how to configure/change them.
I have a PS3 controller.
