The normal setting for lucky minigames is broken. You start getting lucky minigames at the 6th turn instead of the 5th. Aside from that they work as normal

Random character ignores locked out characters, so there can multiple of the same characters

This is an absolutely amazing game, but it does feel like, regardless of level, CPUs are always way too fast at the "puzzle" minigames.

I forgot to screenshot it but when getting Bill Blasters from a Vote Battle mini game with CPU lvl 0, none of the CPUs do anything. If this is intentional, that's fine. I did lose 53 total coins to 2 of them (pot was 84) because I suck and they were still alive

Is there a mobile update in Party Project?

I can't load my custom character. When I load the .json file it just says "Loading image" forever :(

What did you do to fix it? 

I was using imgur, and if you are using imgur too, instead of clicking the "copy link" button, right click the image and then hit "copy image address", then paste that into the .json file.

I love it, I love it, I love it. The amount of customisation is amazing, the pace is top and item variety is insane.


If I could ever suggest anything, it would be that hexes disappear after being landed on once because some hexes are insanely powerful and maybe a cuatom feature for pity coins like 1st gets 10 coins, 2nd gets 5 coins and 3rd gets 3 coins as an example.


Congratulations for this beast of a project. I've played two matches and I know I will be inviting friends home to play this, I just hope they can keep up because this game is harder than regular Mario Party nowadays.

The CPUs softlock when they choose "Bring Somebody Here" on Wario's Battle Canyon

They also seem to only buy like, 10 specific items every time they visit the shop. Also, they always buy Warp Blocks but never use them, while always selling Thunder Clouds and Revives, and buy items when they have a full inventory while infite transactions is on so they can just sell an item.

revive sucks though so it makes sense,although they are sleeping on T. Cloud...

I just want to say that I really love this game, so much so that I have some suggestions to make some items more “balanced” and useful. Don't feel pressured to add any of this, I'm just sharing my thoughts and giving some ideas.

  • I already said it, but the Revive should not be activated with 0 coins and stars. It is very unlikely that you will end up in this position. It should only be activated with 0 coins and only gives you the peak amount of coins you had during the game instead of double.
  • Thunder Cloud should give a +5 instead of making the user roll 2 dice to make their movement more consistent. The target should only lose half the coins to make it more fair. (Also, the CPUs never uses this item for some reason).
  • Refund should allow you to buy a free item instead of just giving you a discount. This could be balanced by making it a rare item.
  • Double Dip should be cheaper to encourage players to buy it.
  • Bob-Ombs must explode if a player passes by the owner. It can also stop the passerby and make him lose 10 coins per Bob-Omb in his inventory
  • Ghost Bells and Dueling Swords should be a rare items or more expensive to prevent players from abusing them. (Cpus rarely use dueling Swords too)
  • Chance Charm should allow you to choose one of the players involved, to make players able to use it against each other and make the item more interesting and justify it being a rare item.
  • It would be nice if there was a "Super Custom Shroom" that lets you choose your roll from 1 to 10. Maybe as a rare item or just make it cost 25 coins.

If you ever run out of ideas for items, I recommend checking out the items from Sonic Shuffle. I think some of them would be really cool to use in the game

Hi Char ! It's a fabulous little gem mostly for a totally free game !

In the last version I encounter some bugs related to game winner.

For some minigames (at least Fireball Frenzy and Iron Cannons but may be others too) the game is calling a "draw" even if there is a winner (I'm playing Minigame / Freeplay mode with one or two players).

Trap Hexes can't be replaced regardless of settings (roadblocks work fine)

There's a glitch on Puffy Paradise where, when you visit The Queen, you get infinite Lucky Charms

Also, I think she shouldn't be triggered by an event space, it discourages players to visit her since you're too unlikely to talk to her.

The Lucky Charm bug has been fixed in v98.3

Can you also change the Revive on a future update? It's extremely unlikey to end up with 0 coins and stars, so the item just ends up being useless.

In my opinion it should be used if you don't have any coins, but make it only give you the peak amount of coins you had though the game.

If I may make a suggestion, instead of  star spaces turning into chance time spaces only happening on some maps, it should be a toggable option
