[ v0.95.x ] A Little of Everything 3


FINALLY fixed the input config to be how it should’ve been since the beginning, a new custom board desgined by Typh, and the final character! A few of the new aspects here have been a long time coming, so I hope you enjoy!

BOARD

Changes:

  • Unlucky Space: Charity event now scales depending on victim’s coin count.

Each opponent will now receive 20 coins if victim has over 60 coins and 30 if victim has over 90

  • Kitchen: Layout changed

Fixes:

  • Space Land: Fixed players skipping a space when leaving the center after the laser activates
  • Clockwork Castle: Fixed possibility of NPCs walking into start space and softlocking
  • Fixed softlock that could occur when a duel initiated by landing on same space, gets called off
  • Fixed possibility of a CPU teammate choosing to duel their temammate
  • Fixed inability to place hexes on certain spaces while reversed
  • Fixed softlock that could occur when using a hex while on the start space
  • Fixed destination shown on map player would reach after using a movement event being incorrect by 1 space
  • Fixed weird animation that would occur when running into a key door with a Rocket

ITEM

Changes:

  • +5 Card: Price decreased (5 > 3)
  • Poison Shroom: Price decreased (5 > 3)
  • Skeleton Key: Price decreased (5 > 3)
  • Worm Hex: Price decreased (5 > 3)
  • Hawk Hex: Price decreased (5 > 3)
  • Podoboo Hex: Price decreased (5 > 3)
  • Bloway: Price decreased (10 > 7)
  • Mega Shroom: Price decreased (10 > 7)

Fixes:

  • Fixed nothing happening when player tries placing a hex while on the start space

MINIGAME

Changes:

  • Darts of Doom: Added slider to show how reticle movement works
  • Hammergeddon: Hammer limit increased to 5
  • Bill Blaster: Cannons now slow down slightly after getting hit
  • Race to the Finish: 2 more checkpoints added
  • Speedy Teatime: Time lid is lifted made slightly shorter

Fixes:

  • Dig It!: Game now ties properly
  • Puzzle Party: Removed ability to infinitely stall by rotating pieces in a certain way
  • Fixed controller icons being controlled by one player when everyone selects the same character
  • Slap Down: Fixed bug where player out would win if no one else answers when the solution appears

ETC

  • Minigames played no longer get reset upon starting another match

Some minigames will added back If a setting modifying playlists gets tweaked

  • Fixed L-Stick causing issues with multiple players on CSS
  • Save data no longer gets overwritten by reloading an older turn
  • Multiplayer can now be done with keyboard
  • Multiplayer can now be done with gamepad AND keyboard
  • Player count can now be manually set

Hotfix v0.95.1

  • Gamepad defaults should now match with an X360 controller
  • Fixed free item spaces giving out Item Bags and Grab Bags
  • Fixed inability to delete a custom character using the keyboard
  • Fixed bug where a failed same space duel could skip a turn
  • Fixed bug where custom characters are invisible on some minigames
  • Fixed some stages being unselectable despite not being striked
  • Puffy Paradise: Fixed bug where Gust of Wind wouldn’t reset gate bounce state
  • Fixed hexes not allowing placements that should be possiblew when running at lower framerates

Hotfix v0.95.2

  • Kitchen: Item required for the chef’s event no longer picks items that are toggled OFF

Item will default to double dice if all options are OFF

  • CPUs now have variation on when they hit roulette blocks
  • Tycoon Town: Fixed hud elements appearing on wrong layer
  • Double Dip: Fixed softlock that could occur if player only has one other item in their inventory
  • Double Dip: Fixed bug where effect wouldn’t wear off if player placed a hex for their last item use
  • Duplicate check for custom characters is now done with longname AND spritesheet
  • Fixed hex placement issues but for real this time
  • Fixed keyboard buttons being mapped incorrectly for minigames
  • Fixed custom character list being sorted by “name” instead of “longname”
  • Fixed softlock that would occur when everyone leaves a coin minigame without getting any coins
  • Fixed softlock that would occur when trying to place a hex from the start space
  • Fixed bug where board background would stay dark when reloading while on the map
  • Fixed moving objects while game is paused
  • Gamepad Button Layout setting is now saved and loaded properly
  • Gamepad Button Layout now properly affects keyboard input

how do you do custom characters on the browser version?

Go to 'Custom Character', then the top left button.

*You also must have a JSON file to do so.
