Mostly new minigames, and balance patches for existing minigames

BOARD
Changes:
- Battles:
Battle minis will now only occur if there’s at least 10 total coins in play
Battle amounts now dependent on turn number
Battle coin distributions should now properly give 1st and 2nd 70% and 30% respectively
- D-Pad autotap wait time increased (15f > 30f)
- Unlucky spaces:
Player can now only lose a star if ‘Losing Coins’ Event is selected and player has no coins
Coin amount unlucky space gives to players with no stars or coins now dependent on turn number
- ‘Ready Up’ system added to instructions in party mode
- Unfinished happenings that would normally do nothing now give 6 coins
- Shop offerings now dependent on rank
- Turn start has a “Player Start” sprite to confirm past before actually starting turn
- Final five roulette speed increased (6fps > 12fps)
- Coin prizes from Lucky Spaces reduced (30-20-10-5 > 15-10-7-5)
Fixes:
- Fixed ability to open freecam under various unintended circumstances
- Fixed hotel spaces being broken after changing them in previous build
MINIGAME
Changes:
- Fruit Factory:
Fireball obstacles added
Fruit spawn rate increased (0.75s > 0.5s)
Slowdown rate increased (0.85x > 0.8x)
- Laser Focus:
Diamond spawn rate increased (0.75s > 0.5s)
Fixed high framrate monitors allowing for faster rate of fire
- Speedrun:
Horizontal bouncepads removed
Staircase section layout changed to include gaps
Bottomless pits removed in favor of potholes to jump out of
- Picking Panic: Score hud moved to bottom left
- 100-Yard Hop: Buffer system added for less strict execution
- Fruit Forecast: Can no longer pick up fruit when stunned
- Fishing Minigame: Timer decreased (30s > 25s)
- Token Drop: Timer decreased (30s > 25s)
- Picking Panic: Grab range increased (32px > 40px)
- Dodgeball: Deadzone increased to make up/down aiming easier with stick
- Race to the Finish:
Some platforms made less wide
Swap block near middle moved ahead to act as shortcut
- What Goes Up: Camera moved down to make viewing obstacles easier
- Load, Shoot, Shield: Instructions made more concise
Fixes:
- Dragster: Fixed perfect shift not giving a boost
- Shell Shocked: Removed ability to jump out of bounds through shell entrance
- Hammergeddon: Removed ability for external players to throw hammers
- Fixed new record sound and sprite being delayed by a second
- Fixed other players drifting in topdown/cursor minis when player 1 moves
ETC
- Exiting minigames in freeplay mode can now only be done by P1
HOTFIX 38.1
- Fixed issue where Bracket would fall through the floor in Bob-omb Bogey
- Fixed ability to mash on Hyper Sniper when playing at high framerates
- Fixed item bag not appearing in shops when item rng is set to rubberband
- Fixed softlock that could happen when AI uses boo bell while on happening space
- Roll number now reappears when closing the map
